The intention behind this challenge is to help provide a framework and some guidance for establishing daily disciplines and habits, and incorporating rhythms and routines into your life that go far beyond 90 days. In working with clients, I have seen time and time and time again that consistency beats perfection and foundational habits/disciplines carry people so much farther long-term versus anything else.
