How to make the tea beverages:
Place the tea bag at the bottom of the cup and pour the hot water on top to your desired level.
Freshly boiled water, rested for a 2-3 minutes so the temperature drops to 140-185°F (60-85°C), is the ideal temperature for when you pour it.
Steep for 3-5 minutes and drink.
Make your own flavors by adding ginger, honey, sugar, or milk.
Chill and serve cold over ice with fresh mint or lemon.

The mycelium is the most important and permanent part of a fungus. The part of the mushroom that we see is only the “fruit” of the organism. The living body of the fungus is a mycelium made out of a web of tiny filaments called hyphae. The mycelium is usually hidden in the soil, in wood, or another food source. The mycelia network that emanates from a fungal spore can extend over and into the soil in search of nutrients.
Early harvest threads from the Ganoderma lucidum make the Mycelium valuable in supporting the immune system. Harvested from an 18-day-old Ganoderma lucidum mushroom it’s known for its antioxidant properties, as well as the polysaccharide Beta-glucan, which can help stimulate immune function.
